I like my book. It is brand new what and what I asked for. the problem was that I paid for the book in April and did not get it until the end of May. Very poor communication. They kept sending me responses to pay for the book when I had already done so even when I replied back with confirmation # and receipt. Matter was resolved by ebay. I should have just went to the store and bought the book and pay the extra 5 bucks.

) For anyone needing a review for any massage exam, this book is a must-have for the National. It's detailed yet in a condensed review version so as to refresh ones mind of important info that will surely be on the exam ( and more than likely on any state exams as well). I will be using it the next couple of weeks until I take my National, and it will remain close as I start my practice. Also the #1 recommended review book by massage schools.

Great Book
) This book really prepared me for the technical wording on the National Exam. The tests were very helpful and the book is straightforward. I use this book and one other to study and passed the test the first time.
