"Resilience" is a good name for this book
Good book, well written and quite compelling most of the time. This gracious lady has faced more than her share of adversity and has come through tough times with strength and 'resilience'. I did expect the book to be more about her current troubles with husband John; however, the majority of this book discusses the death of her son Wade in an automobile accident and her resulting grief and the changes she made to cope. She also discusses at length her extended family, including her parents, and their resilience throughout their lives.
I admire Elizabeth Edwards, if for nothing more than her ability to face adversity and maintain the composure she consistently shows. She's an example for us all. God Bless Her.
