Industry Reviews "Earnest work, written with obvious affection in its attempt to convey the charms and customs of Tuscany...." Mazmanian
"Embedded within the blubbery prose of RENATO'S LUCK there may well be a sunny, God-fearing little novel....But the story is so larded with obvious symbolism and bleating platitudes that the reader may never see past them." New York Times Book Review - James McManus (05/14/2000)
