They don't make horsemen like Ed Connell anymore. Thank God someone made him write it all down. And still, not the same as doing or experiencing the time-tested methods of the Vaqueros.
If you aspire to be a better horseman, THIS and all of Ed's books (only 3 I know of) should be in your horse library. Read this...bring it with you to the barn, don't be afraid to TRY and most of all, have PATIENCE, with you AND your horse!!! When stuff starts coming together, and the light bulb goes off above your head, after you've read this (a lot!) Remember this review, and the person who told you to get this....Happy Trails folks!
