Very informative
I decided to buy this book because it was recommended by one of my Business professors that I should check this book out. The book was informative and I learned a lot about other businesses and how they were successful. Some of the companies used in this book is Ford Motor Company, IBM Credit Corporation, and Macintosh. The book got a little repetitive near the middle and in the end. The one thing that bugged me about the book was the the authors notes kept stating that reengineering is not a fad and how it never went away it was always there but people didnt think that what they were doing was reengineering.
