Red Lily by Nora Roberts (2005, Paperback)

Harper Ashby and Hayley Phillips have been circling around their attraction for each other for quite awhile now. Red Lily is the fabulous conclusion for Nora Roberts latest trilogy. This is a truly creepy novel, more so in my opinion than previous Roberts' trilogies have been. The way Amelia subtly and slyly takes over Hayley's body is spooky to read about, but is counterbalanced nicely by the blooming relationship between Hayley and Harper. Also enjoyable for this reader was catching up with the other tenants of Harper House.

This is by far the best of the three stories, and even if you weren't all that thrilled by Blue Dahlia and Black Rose, as I myself wasn't, I think you'll find Red Lily to be a fast-paced, and action packed romance that definitely shows off Ms. Roberts romance talent once again.

All in all, this is suspenseful and romantic tale that will keep you on the edge with the mystery surrounding Amelia.

I had previously read the other two books in the In The Garden Trilogy and was excited to finish the series. This was an excellent book and I would recommend this trilogy to anyone. This book was an excellent completion to an exciting series of books. I was sorry that it was only a trilogy! I could have read another book just like this!

I bought another nora roberts book again. Her writtings are so descriptive. You can almost feel yourself in the scene. The twists of 3 women in this book are simply amazing. I had read the first two books of this series and was delighted to find Red Lily on ebay. The seller was great and this book has me hooked. I'll be sad when I finish because as you are reading, you can see the characters and feel the raw emotions. I usually do not care for small paperbacks but this book is hard to put down. A must read - but start the others first, Blue Dahlia and Black Rose. You won't be sorry.

I bought this particular book for a friend. I am always looking for hard to find books as well as the popular titles. I love e bay, it's very easy and i have bought many things for friends and family as well as myself. When i want something i choose e bay. This is the last book in the 'In The Garden' trilogy that will get you addicted. Nora has done it again with Red Lily. This is an exceptional story, full of mystery, love, life and friendship. This is a Must Have for any avid reader.

The only thing that I wish is that there were more books to go with this series. I just dont want it to end!

Nora Roberts is a excellent writer and this book continues on to show how she draws the readers into her stories. Red Lily is one part of three of a series: In the Garden.

This book continues on with the ghost of the past the was mistreated by an ancestor. She can be gentle with babies and young children but violent with adults. She is able to take over the minds and bodies of the women, causing them to react differently.

Red Lily: is about Hayley Phillips a young new mother trying for a new start after the death of her beloved father. She has found a distant cousin and has been hired to work In the Garden Nursery, and has fallin in love with Harper. But the ghost has taken over Hayley's mind and body on occasion and she is unable to trust her own emotion's and actions.

The Trilogy books are: Blue Dahlia, Black Rose and Red Lily.

Love Nora Robert books. Bought it because its the last of a series that I couldn't find. Friends are now enjoying this book as I have read it and have now passed it on to friends. as I do to all my books that I purchase. We have a book swap among friends.

The book looks like new. Nora Roberts is one of my favs, Had to read the last of this series. This writer grabs hold and you can't put her books down. She has many trilogy books that will capture you and you will notwant to stop reading. I would recommend this book and writter to anyone that loves to read a good novel.

I purchased this Nora Roberts book and several others by her in the past few months from various sellers at e-bay. My girlfriend gave me the "Keys" series by Nora Roberts and I have been hooked on her writing ever since. These books aren't readily available in second hand stores or yard sales. They are rather pricey for me to purchase new. By chance I found one of another series of hers and bought it but I needed the other two in the series. I decided that e-bay was the place to look - if you can't find it on e-bay you don't need it. I haven't had a chance to read the books I purchased but I am looking forward to the cold winter months with some good books. When buying I try to purchase from the same seller to keep the shipping costs down. All the books I have bought have been in very good condition and an asset to my reading collection. A few of my bookworm friends are looking forward to borrowing from me. I have found more Nora Roberts books than I imagined. I look forward to loosing myself in this book. I also look forward to adding more as time goes on.

I love Nora Roberts.. great rapport with her readers. Very diverse story lines in all of her books. Would definitely recommend to anyone reading multiple genres.

Having read about 1/3 of this third book in a trilogy, I would recommend it to Nora Robert's fans. I don't prefer her books with "supernatural" themes, but, as always, Roberts spins a good yard with plenty of imaginative scenes. She moves a story forward in readable and interesting fashion.

I am a Nora Roberts fan .Everything i have bought has been top of the list ,my friends have even become big fans but this series of books touched the whistfull spirit in all of us ... a must read !

It was the third book in the garden series. I got hooked after the first book so I wanted to see how the other characters ended up. It was a great book and continued a very gripping story.

This is the third book of the In The Garden trilogy. It revolves around three women all at different stages in their lives who are brought together. Each book is one of their stories and this one is of the youngest. The main character Hayley is a brave, inspiring single mother who is lucky enough to wind up at Harper House and to become a part of the "family". Roberts does a great job making the characters feelings and behaviors age appropriate. Its nice how when Robert's writes a trilogy the other characters weave themselves throughout the entire series. I must admit when I started with the first book I couldn't find a purpose for Hayley's character. Roberts puts characters in books for a reason and now that I have finished it all makes perfect sence and she wove them all together perfectly. Makes me want to plant some flowers. Very recommended.

It was a great, easy read. It finished up the story very well,a nd although at times it was a little predictable, all in all, it was very enjoyable and it kept me engaged throughout the story.

Another excellent book by Nora Roberts. The paranormal theme in all 3 books worked for me, very realistic. I alway senjoy Nora's books, and this was not exception. I highly recommend it, and you've GOT to start at the beginning and read the trilogy in order, it will make better sense that way.
