Red Hot Chili Peppers - Live at Slane (DVD, 2003)

The feedback ratings say it all about the seller, they are great, and I got the DVD for far less than expected, and wasn't raped by the shipping costs. The DVD is very high quality recording, music only, and not that interview BS you get on a lot of DVD's. I want a recording of a concert, not spliced from several shows or a photo gallery. The show itself is outstanding, the band was in great shape and playing great. I saw the Stadium Arcadium tour and really wanted a DVD of their live show, and this really delivers. Every member is a stand out performer here, even though it is outside, the recording is impeccable. If you have ever liked the Red Hot Chili Peppers and you have a DVD player, you need this DVD. I you like any rock at all from George Clinton to Pink Floyd to Moe to Linkin Park, this ia DVD for you. Be Smart and get this one.

This is an extremely intertaining concert with some small special effects, also gives you good vibes of how bonded the band is with its members and its fans....I absolutely love Slane Castle......I have watched it a 100 times and still enjoy it just as much as the first time. This is a concert for the true fans of the Chili's ....ROCK ON RHCP

This is a great performance of the chili peppers. It is during the By The Way time in thier career. John Fruchante is amazing in thie video! If you are a chilliy pepper fan you will like this!

There's nothing to not like about this DVD, the music is great and even better watching them perform in the DVD.This is a great DVD, if you love the Chili Peppers you need this in your music and DVD collection.

This was a great concert to watch, better than being there. All the fans there had to stand up the whole time and unless you were in the first few rows, watching the dvd is better. I just finished watching their dvd "off the map", and "live at slane" was a much better performance. Not to mention, the band seems more mature.The Red Hot Chili Peppers is one of the greatest bands of all time, but that's my opinion. Watch the dvd is judge for yourself.

Excellent Concert video. Perfect for a music lover or RHCP fan. I bought it for my hHusband and I have watched it more than he has.

Well, i have to say I'm biased because I absolutely love the chili peppers, but I was very impressed with this DVD. I didn't even know it existed! It was great quality, and even has a screen saver that is awesome. I had to buy this to complete my chili pepper library. I highly recommend this to all fans of the most awesome band that ever lived, THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS..... :-)
