Red Headed Stranger [Remaster] by Willie Nelson (CD, Jul-2000, Legacy Recordings)

Now I'm a young guy but I have to tell you; they don't make music like this today. The music is so lively and like a story book. You can almost feel and see what is going on in the lyrics. Sadly I don't think the brain dead no talent world of MTV music and hip slop will ever be able to do what Willie has done. This CD is magical. I wish Willie would teach someone my age to write and play like him so the magic won't be lost.

I like Willie and this is one of his best albums. Needed to buy a CD to replace the vinyl - always updating my collection.

I have rated the Red Headed Stanger CD excellent but as I purchased it as a gift I have not played it. It was new and sealed, so I am assuming the quality was excellent. I have personally owned this CD for years and it is one of my favorites. It is rated as the greatest country album. The person I purchased it for is a big Willie fan and I thought he would enjoy the CD.

Classic Storytelling - at it's best. Clear your schedule, sit down and listen in full - even better with eyes closed and headphones. For those who enjoy Willie Nelson, it's the best story he's ever told. His phrasing is right on the mark. Once you've heard it all, it's easy to listen to favorite parts and picture the story in your mind. And songs like 'Remember Me' play over and over in your head...

If you like Willie Nelson, in my opinion, this is one of his best CD's. The story line is great. The only Willie Nelson CD I like better is Stardust. I now own two copies one for my vehicle and one for home.

I am a big Willie fan, and really enjoy the Red Headed Stranger album,I really enjoy the music, the sound quality is very good, and works well with my system

Enjoyed this set of songs since it was out way back in the '70s. Still have the
LP !! One can experience the emotion's of a great songwriter. Love it !!

MY HUSBAND HAD RED HEADED STRANGER WHEN IT WAS IN 8TRACK AND IT GOT BROKE AND SO DID THE 8TRACK SO FINDING IT ON EBAY WAS GREAT AND HE ENJOYS THE CD.AND I MIGHT ADD I COULD'NT BELIEVE HOW CHEAP I WAS ABLE TO GET IT FOR.
