Red Faction (PlayStation 2, 2001)

Don't get me wrong.Red Faction was released in 2001 and still one of
my favorite first person shooters ever(That's the only kind of games I play)
The game is quite challenging and pretty long.
The story is cool,the graphics are good,the ambience is mind blowing(I played it with a surround sound system).There is something special about this game.
I played many FPS games after this one including Red Faction 2,which is very dissapointing ,but I hardly had as much fun as with this one(except Half Life 2 for PC of course).
Get this game and beat it .It'll leave a pleasant trace in your memory for good.

I have solved this game twice since it has been released. I first bought it in the GH edition , solved it then sold it. I recently purchased it again off eBay and I am enjoying as much as ever! I wanted it mainly for the Orignal Edition, but I started to play it again and I am having a blast! This game is not a Halo 2, Doom 3 or Half-Life 2. It is however, a great FPS experience that should not be missed. You can also pick this title up for a low price at this point, but I don't think you will be dissapointed either way. Enjoy!

I love first-person-shooters and this is a great one. First game with "Geo-Mod" technology - can't find a door? Blast a hole in the wall. Don't fight the convoy - just destroy the bridge they're on. Great game and lots of fun.

I like it because I love first person shooters. The story line is pretty good game play is good. The only thing I wish was better is the graphics. But don't let that detur you from buying. All in all It's a good game and a blast with a freind in multipalyer.

MY SON LOVES IT, EVERYTHING ABOUT THE GAME IS USER FRIENDLY. MORE GAMES SHOULD BE LIKE THIS 1. INTERACTIVITY WITH ITEMS AND CHARACTERS TO ME WAS AND IS UNSURPASSED.

If you like call of dfuty, then this game is for you.A lot like the cod game without online play.Different scenes and enemies with an array of weapons.This is a great game.

Well my son wanted it so much because he played it over at a friends house. So that ended that!! He says it is really fun and full of killing.

Fun Game...Really like 2 player mode better than actual game. Overall an excellent game in both modes.

This is a great FPS game for PS2. I usually do not play FPS games on console, (only on computer) but this one is sweet.
Graphics are sweet, Story line will keep you in the game, and you will get your money out of it for sure - great game - try it and you will be happy you did.

I bought red faction for playstation 2 because of the description given and that it was cheap. It is a good game. Just as it is described. It was worht the money. There isn't anything I didn't like about it for the price I got it at. I wouldn't pay more than ten dollars for it. But it is entertaining.

Blasting tunnels into the game levels is great fun, gameplay is fluid, and storyline is something to be admired as well.

Great game, ahead of its time. Geo-Mod (the ability to alter your surroundings with weapons) is awesome!

It works, seems to jump and jerk a lot. I bought it because I had heard that it was a great older game. I like the game but not sure why it jerks so much.

I really like how fast and esy you made it to buy this game and then shipping right away so it got here as quickly as possibly was definetly a big bonus. Im just so stoked to play this game again i used to have it but then i lost it and now i have it again im going to be putting in some serious gaming time.
