great game i love online play the story isnt so good thought i dont like it as much as gears of war but it good just not one that you will play for a long time

A few more months of polish and this would have been a must own title. The driving control feels a little cheap, the plot is nothing great, and the enemy AI has a few problems here and there. But... this game is a hell of a lot of fun to play purely for building destruction. The idea of fighting as a Guerrilla could have been a little deeper than raising a "Morale" bar for an area, but at the same time it's a blockbuster title that I'm sure they didn't desire to make very complicated. Missions are just diverse enough to not be repetitive. All and all a good arcady, building blowing up time. You owe it to yourself to at least rent it and witness the best building destruction I've seen in a 360 title.

Oh, and multiplayer is fun for the "Seige" game mode, but the game really wasn't designed for deathmatch, or really multiplayer in general. Far from titles like Halo or CoD4.

Seriously, the title says it all. This is an awesome game that lives up to the expectations created by the first Red Faction perfectly. Great game play, graphics are beautiful, and EVERYTHING is destructible. From start to finish, this is a gripping game that will take all your free time....

I decided to buy this game based on a the free downloadable demo on Xbox live. The game totally lived up to its promise. It is open world, with tons of Martian landscape to walk, jump, fly, and drive over. The physics engine is great; you can demolish buildings by taking out key structural beams and stuff. The missions are challenging and varied, with things like rescuing the hostages, doing as much damage as you can, holding off increasing numbers of troops, etc.

There are also independent challenges apart from the main missions, which are either demolitions challenges or driving challenges. These were all interesting and fun and help hone your skills for the actual gameplay, plus give you some extra currency to buy upgrades with.


I have had an XBox 360 since 2006 and a regular Xbox since 2005; this is one of the most fun games I have played.

I loved playing the demo on xbox 360 live so I thought I would buy it for a little cheaper than they sell at the stores. I got it about 35% off from buying it from ebay. great game.

I love this game because it has a wide variety of online multiplayer and campaign. This product is better than others I have played because it gives you more of a choice for specific game types. This game is very good and I rate it 5 stars.

My son loves the game, he plays it with his friends all the time and E Bay made the price just right.

I bought it because I was bored of different games that I already had, thought it was going to keep me busy for a while, and it did, then I went back to the other games that I have, Like Call of Duty 4. I would save your money and get Call of duty: Modern warfare 2 or pre-order it.

This Red Faction is different than the old ones but you still can alter the terrain any way you like but it is just not as much gore as the previous ones no more limbs flying no more guts every where but it still is a good game with a whole new Objective and a excellent shooter!

This game is really worth the buy! I played the two original and they were just so much fun, I'm really glad i bought this game!

This game has outdone its predecesser Red faction 2 by a long shot. The graphics are superb. The fact that almost everything you hit is destroyed. This game is just awesome, and should be a must have.

The game is great! Its pretty well rounded, and destructive. The whole "everything is destroyable" was pretty down to earth, unlike other games.

The storyline is very interesting, and its great that its actually a possibility.

Its a good game overall and in comparing games its like Halo and Grand Theft Auto had a baby name Red Faction lol

I got it to system link and play with the guys. Great online play. And Superb single player Campaign.

Loved the open world play and great online play. The one problem is the vehicles. They were overly bouncy and you don't use them in online play. The destroy everything aspect is AWESOME!!!!

The language is not at all good. Game action is acceptable with a lot of action. I am glad that I did not pay full price for the game. I'll probably play it through and put it back on e-bay for sale.

Well, I've never played any of the red faction games, and this is my first and i must say i give it super props. I wouldnt be suprised at all if it won game of the year. great action, alot of freedom, long story so its not one of those stay up all night and beat kinda games!
12/10 just an amazing game!
