After all these years of hearing and reading about the infamous "Hannibal" - I decided to read the whole series of books beginning with "Red Dragon." I am hooked now! This book was very good, it caught my interest from the first pages. By the time I was about halfway through, I could hardly put the book down. I finished this one today and will be starting "Silence of the Lambs" next (right away). I would highly recommend this book to those who enjoy murder/mystery and suspense.
The characters are very real. The author gets you inside the heads of the main characters so well. Can't say for others, but this adds so much to my enjoyment of a book - and Thomas Harris does that well.
