Reckless Road by Jason Porath, Marc Canter (2007, Paperback, Illustrated)

Always liked GnR a lot, so searched for this book as it tells since the band was formed until the making of Appetite for Destruction.

Contains plenty of rare pictures and very first hand stories. Photos are great and text is very entertaining.

Recommended to GnR fans.

I recently read Slash's book which really got me back into GNR. He mentioned this book in his. The pictures are awesome. The books if focused on the making of Appetite for Destruction.

The perfect visual guide to the Slash autobiography. If you're a perfect fan of the gunners and you want to buy only one book of them, this is the one.

Many photo's I have never seen. Book was put together by on of GNR's pals. Like Sugarman with Jim Morrison. I paid out the money and I was delightfully surprised by the quality and quantity of a very brief moment in time !!

This item provides a HUGE amount of pictures from their early days before signing the contract with Geffen. Many pictures I had never seen before. Also, you get an insight on what the band played at the various clubs, and there are some quotes.
Overall, this item is a GREAT item!!
