This book is full of easy, simple recipes. I made the Ravioli Lasagna from the Shortcut Meals Section. It was simple to make and it tasted great. The ingredients throughout the book is easy to find everyday items. Great for a busy person.

This book has wonderful, simple recipes. I recently did the scrimp tacos and chicken salad with peaches & blue cheese for week-end guests who thought they were delicious. The not so sloppy sloppy joes were great, too. Can't wait to try more of the recipes.
