This book is full of common sence advise for general topics in living. It was
an easy read and very enjoyable. Dr. Phil writes like he talks so the book
is like having a conversation with him. It is well written and puts it
right down in black and white solutions to lifes problems. I recomend this for anyone questioning the "why" of living.
