The quality of the book was better than what I expected from the description. The price was really affordable compared to the one in the bookstore and the delivery was fast.

I bought this book for a real estate class that I am taking for my finance major. It seems to cover most of the necessary topics that we will be covering in class.

I bought it because I needed it for a course I'm taking. It explains everything you need to know for a good introductory course of real estates. I just did not like it being black and white; the pictures loose their "magic" in black and white.
Overall I like the book.
