Be a Real Estate Millionaire by Dean Graziosi (2007, Hardcover)

Book provided interesting reading. The only problem with these types of books is that they are written with the premise that financing a purchase is much easier than it actually is, especially in the very tight credit market of today.

I am glad I bought the book though, because it provides a quick education into the real estate business for the novice investor.

It has all the basics about real estate and then it explains every way of buying real estate... very good book

Good content from the psychological to the "nuts and bolts" of investing in real estate. Dean teaches how to think differently and always looks for opportunities in the real estate classroom of life.

If you have always wanted to invest in real estate or even buy your first home and don't have the down payment, this book is a wealth of knowledge packed into one book that will help set you on the track to getting that home or to making a profit or setting up a nest egg for you and your loved ones. It opened my eyes to completely different ways to invest in real estate and I really found the part on how to invest with no money down extremely helpful.

I know a lot about real estate and discovered a lot of what I read is being taught in my university program but more indepth in the book and at a fraction of the university cost with no homework! A fantastic read.

I bought the book because I have recently ventured into a new LLC, have strong interests in real estate and am looking to maximize my profits through the experiences of those who have already experienced success. I found the boo to be very motivational, but most of the actual information can be obtained online for free....

I've been interested in real estate for many years but always thought it was out of reach for many reasons, limited budget, poor credit, no experience, fear, etc. I saw an interview w/the author of this book on t.v. and he's sharing his experience investing in real estate. One of the things he said that got me really interested was that you can invest in any market, whether it's up or down, by using the right strategy. He gave some examples and I just had to get the book.

Having read the book, I now have a much clearer understanding of how the real estate market works, all the different options to get financed, how to find property and get more info about it, things to avoid, and the best strategy for the current market.

I am currently looking at some options for a couple places I'm interested in and w/the info from this book I feel more confident making a deal.

Weak..not very useful. Did not hold up to the expections as described on TV. Do not buy. You are better off getting info on foreclosures on the net.

I bought this book because I did a quick search on this book at a website where I trust the reviews. After reading it, I have to say I am kind of dissapointed. It is basically a primer or real estate 101 first week course. There is much left to be disired in really learning real estate. The sub titles, or catchy sales phrases, lead to fairly worthless info in the book. I think anyone that turns on the radio or tv, or cracks open the newspaper in their area could "analyze" their local market. Most of the book, 147 pages to be exact, is a lame attempt at getting you motivated, because you weren't motivated enough to begin with, because thats why you bought the book, to get motivated and not learn about real estate. (Sarcasm towards this crappy book) After I finished this book, I popped back online only to find that Dean Graziosi used to do an infomercial and course about making money with cars. He then graduated to real estate. Now he owns an infomercial production business that fetches him 100's of millions supposedly. No wonder he is a real estate millionaire. I would be too if I had millions to invest in it. You probably would be too. Hope this helped in making your mind up about wether or not to purchase this book.

This book has some very valuable information if you are looking to make a considerable amount of money over a short period of time.Just give it a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Decided to buy it because i saw it on television, and got it here for only a fraction of the price! The book overall, helps with the understanding of purchasing a home and the odds and ends that are involved.

Good book for Real Estate. Need more detailed information on some of the subjects. The topic to discover the seven keys to hidden real estate values can have more detail information.

This book is very good for people who wanted to see the hidden secrets of Real Estate kingdom. It is worth for all of us who are clouded or confused. Very clear to understand. I recommend anyone who wanted to be a real expert of Real Estate. Also it is fun to read and see the meanings of Real Estate words.

Dean offers not only advice on real estate matters, but gives very descriptive examples on goal setting for one's personal life. Can motivate someone to look at making changes to improve themselves. He uses a down to earth style and explains the sometimes complicated real estate world so it is more easily understood. I highly recommend reading this book.

While the bookis knowledgeable reading, they do not tell you about the many hidden fees involved such as mentor program, access to foreclosure website and having to let go of your money to purchase a home, not necessarily turning it around it time where it is not incurring you further fees. It is not a get quick scheme but well thought out understanding that you may lose even more money. P.S. When planning to dish out large sums of money, always, always, check the company out with the Better Business Bureau first.

I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.
