How to Understand People and Predict Their Behavior
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
The author, Jo-Ellan Dimitrius, a well-know jury consultant, gives the reader valuable insight into how she uses oral and visual clues from jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and judges to accurately predict their behavior in the court room. The reader can learn how to apply these same techniques on the job, in relationships and at home. Normally I do not like self-help books but this one caught and kept my interest until I finished it in the wee hours of the morning. This book has changed my life both professionally and personally. I have given this book a 5/5 rating and wish I could rate it even higher. Just remember if you buy it the insight you will gain can be a two-edged sword in your personal relationships. And you can never go back to the naive person you were.
