  A must have for competing in todays business world

In the business world of rock bottom prices and "Big Box" stores, we are all seeing small business go "out of business".

There are also the few enduring small business that seem to thrive in a community where others have failed.

The secret theses business' likely possess is found within the cover of this book. Raving Fans is the way to keep loyal customers coming back for more. They will spend more money in your store and come back twice as often to do it if you follow the principles found in this book.

I personally implemented several of the strategies in my organization and I have seen noticeable results come from it.

This short little book places emphasis on what is often lost in every aspect of sales...customer service. The writer, Sheldon Bowles, makes it easy to understand why America is sorely lacking in not only meeting customer expectations; but certainly on exceeding them. I recommend this book for anyone that does business with the public.

Raving Fans by Ken Blanchard is a very approachable read, and a great business manual. I had read this a few years ago, and wanted to get a copy for a colleague. I highly recommend this book for anyone in today's business market; beginner to professional.

I loved this book on tape. I listened to it twice in a row and plan on listening to it many more times. It was recommended at a business conference I attended so I ordered the hard cover and the book on tape. It should be a must read for every business owner! It's interesting, informative, and inspiring!

I loved how quick and easy it was to read. It was very inspirational. Only dislike was that it was about a Fairy Godmother and I'd have enjoyed it just as well if it had been a mentor person instead of make believe. Bought it because it was recommended highly by our Real Estate office. Great book for anyone working with public relations.
