
Very descriptive and appropriate
We have eaten at Ralph & Kacoo restaurants in South Louisiana and have thoroughly enjoyed their food, colorful atmosphere, and great service. This book is an excellent remembrance of great times and the unique cuisine of this area. The recipes are priceless and delightful for the taste buds. My one disappointment is that I could not find the crabmeat au gratin receipe in this book, and it was my favorite.
