    This book is full of inspiration for any salad eater. It is wonderfully illustrated so you have an idea of what the finished product will look like. It includes both main dish salads, side dishes and other goodies,like potato, grain & pasta salads. The section on dressing will not leave you wanting! If you are in a salad rut, get your creative juices flowing with this book.
