Radio Shack TRC-447 40-Channels Base CB Radio

Ebay provides the opportunity to purchase items from across the world. This radio is a great radio, at a fair price, and has the weather channels as well.
I bought the radio because I have had good experiences with Radio Shack equipment, they stand behind their products.

Great little radio, I really like the weather channels functions, more user friendly than most weather radios. I also like the channel up/down on the mic. Third one I've owned and would buy again.

This is a great item with great potential for multiple uses. The ability to monitor one channel while on another alone makes it worthwhile. Combine this item either with a home base antenna and/or a slinky short band antenna and you'll have your ear to the ground from coast to coast on the emergency and public bands.

it has alot of features for the price. so far it seems to be a good radio. i've only used cobra and midland cbs. i have used radio shack scanners with positive results, so maybe this will be a good setup

if unit is refurbished why is it still broke ..and seller not being responsible/ignoring my concerns!!
will never buy a refurbished ebay item..period..junk

Nice radio works both base with 12 volt power supply or for mobile use.
Very simple to setup and operate. Has all weather channels for a quick
forecast (nice touch). I like this radio and recommand it.

it was a New Radio that had been DROPED on something . other then that it was a Great Radio . Then i sold it CHEAP . Cause it turned out to be LESS of a RADIO then i wanted..
