RENT: Filmed Live On Broadway (DVD, 2009)

I am a huge renthead so i purchases the live dvd. It is so amazing. It is like you are sitting in the front row of the theater. love it.

I saw this film when it first came out last year at the end of the 12 year run the play had on Broadway. I knew at the start of the film that it was something I had to own if it ever came out on DVD. I had the privledge to see the tour twice when it came to my area. It was sad to see such a wonderful play come to an end. At least now for all the people of love the play as much as I do can watch this as many time as they want.

This is the Broadway show! Now I can watch it anytime and enjoy the the wonderful music. Now that it has closed on Broadway this is the only way you can see it. Hurray!!!

I recently saw rent live in Portland and had to own the stage version as soon as I saw it. The movie is excellent, but the stage version is amazing!

Having seen RENT a few dozen times, I know the show inside out, and have seen many different casts perform it. For this final performance, I must say, that next to the original Broadway cast, this cast was at the top. The energy and passion were all that and it seemed like I was sitting right in the front row. If you are a true RENT-head, this is a must have. No doubt about it.

No day but today....

I have seen the film and play and loved them both. So,I after seeing the the play. And already having the movie, I wanted the live broadway play. I saw it at thetime I saw the play, but they wanted so much for it. So, I thought I would look it up on ebay and see if I could get it for less. And I did. So, I am very happy that I purchased it on ebay.
