RCA WHP141 Consumer Wireless Headphones

wife loves it and uses it all the time to listen to her music from the computer,great reception around the house definitly recommend this to everyone who likes peace and quiet around the house

They worked well for abt 6 months then quit. you cannot find parts anywhere for them. Very dissatisfied with RCA

I have a severe hearing problem and have found these headphones to make TV watching possible without driving my wife insane. I have literally worn 2 sets out over the years, but they actually are very durable. The batteries hold enough charge to listen for an entire day and recharge overnight. I have never had to replace them. The headphones are quite comfortable even when wearing them for and extended time. I run them through a surround sound system so the TV set's audio level is separate from the headphones. Being wireless, I am free to move about, even from room to room without losing audio. The audio quality is very good although I do lose some of the stereo benefits because on ear is "deader" than the other and there is no balance adjustment.

These headphones have decent sound, but most of all thay are very easy to opperate! Once you charge up the batteries, you can go just about anywhere in the house! The 150 foot range goes through walls, upstairs, downstairs and even out on the patio. Good quality and easy to use!!!

This is my first set of wireless headphones and I will try not to judge all others by my experience with this junk. The reception is horrible, even right next to the transmitter. There are drop outs, pops, and static snow frequently. Per the troubleshooter, I used different batteries, channels, volume levels on source and headphones, and had a stereo source, but still the reception was bad. My advice to you is to go on to the next pair of headphones right now.

I bought this RCA TV wireless headphones for myself. My husband had a set and loved them. I also like them. It brings the sound directly to your ears and you can hear sounds such as birds and horses, etc., that I could not hear otherwise. I am also able to walk around the house cooking supper or doing housework while listening to the news or music or even go outside and work in the yard. I highly recommend them for anyone who would like to try out wireless headphones for the TV Many other wireless tv headphones have a limited range of hearing and cannot be used except directly in front of the TV. This one can be used anywhere within 50 feet and even outside.

Well, they are wireless. And multi-channel, so you can have more than one setup in the house.

It did get rid of all the wiring in the computer area, but it is susceptive to interference from the computer and peripherals.

Has annoying delay in transmission, not "keying on" until about 1-2 seconds of sound has occurred. When picking up video clips, it is very annoying to lose the first part.

Fits well, is comfortable.

Use NiMH rechargeable AA cells and it works for quite a while. Charging works well.

Probably better suited for TV or stereo use. As a general headphone replacement at the computer desk, well, it is wireless.

The sound is awesome, battery life great. Only drawback no rca jacks! Had to order them seperately. That's why I only gave them a good rating. Other than that they are excellent.
