I am new to MP3s and the like so when I bought it and it didn't have instructions I was worried.Low and behold it is extreemly user friendly.

It had very clear sound. The display was easy to use and clear. I was very impressed. I wish however, it held more songs. For some reason it would not stay in the port in my computer so I had to hold it in place while the songs downloaded. This could be because I have an old computer though. Otherwise I was very impresses especially with the sound!
