RCA CDS 6300 2.3 Megapixel

It works well, easy to use, decent resolution. I bought it to put photos on eBay and it worked just fine. The only thing I disliked was the time it took to download the photos to my computer.

This "camera" is a Piece of S**T!! Very poor view screen. It worked sort of OK at first, then locked up and no manner of troubleshooting would revive it. The service center was NOT helpful and the only fix was to send it in along with an outrgeous payment only to get back a different unit that had supposedly been refurbished. If you see one for bid, RUN AWAY very fast... you DO NOT want one of these!!

This camera is capable of taking fome pretty good pictures. By modern standards however, it's nearly a dinosaur. It's the size of a 35mm SLR, uses the older SD card and is not USB compatible right out of the box. One glaring weak spot is the battery door. I can buy lots of these with duct tape used to hold the barreties in. Now that I think about most of the doors on this camera are inadequate. I had to buy a spare camera just for parts. The 1.8" screen is adequate & picture quality is pretty good too. You can pick one of these up for $10 - 15 and they're certainly worth that if working properly.

Bought in 2002. It was an OK camera at the time. If you get one be REAL careful with the battery cover because it tends to break. Mine did.
