Personally, I love these phones!

Easy to understand extra feature buttons, long lifed batteries, small bases and excellent reception.

Comes with redial, format, memory for I believe 10 numbers, caller ID, delete button and flash.

Ringer volume, and option to turn ringer off/on.

Has a nice BIG talk button, with answers and ends the call. Format, used to take away or add area codes or the 1 when calling long distance from a number saved in caller ID. Holds all caller ID numbers, with last date and time called. Ability to delete which ones you want.

These phones have excellent reception. I can walk up to 2 blocks away before starting to get any static.

Small bases make these perfect for smaller houses or apt where counter space is limited. We have voicemail included with our phone bill, so we have no need for a big bulky answering machine. Phones charge on either of the 2 bases.

For a college student or someone else living in small quarters these are PERFECT.

Only downfall? I haven't found out how to switch phones with someone on the line. User error I am sure.

We've had these phones for 2 years, and no plans on new ones anytime soon!
