This is a great pilates work out, it's a good work out for people who don't have an hour to spend working out. It takes less then 30 minutes to get a good work out. It's a great way to start your day. You work your muscles and also stretch and strengthen your spin. There's also a 15 minute workout to just get your heart pumping and some stretching done for the days when you really don't have a lot of time. I would recommend this DVD for anyone who wants a simple, easy to follow pilates workout. It is a good workout both for the beginner as well as the intermediate pilates enthusiast.
