Good quick reference for use in the field. This reference is very easy to use. It is small to fit in a briefcase, purse or even a pocket.Every social worker needs this. I bought it for my practicum. I am a studentworking toward my Masters in Social Work and have to be up on diagnosis for billing purposes. This is a good book to have.

I had lost my DSM when I transitioned from one office to another office so I had to find another one. This is the best reference material for anyone that works in the mental health field. I carry this with me everywhere during work! It is a MUST!

This book is a "must have" for anyone who is going into the Therapy business or if you are recently learning about different disorders. this is a HUGE help in diagnosing people.

If you are tired of hauling around the large and heavy DSMIV-TR, this is a great alternative. This book is small and only has diagnosis critera. This has been extremely helpful because I no longer have to thumb through hundreds of pages to get to the diagnosis critera nor do I have to haul around a big heavy book.

This is a great size for this over-sized book. It is clear & concise and only has the important diagnostic criteria you need. However, if you need a diagnostic tree, you will miss it here. I actually made my own to add to the book. Otherwise, it's a definite book to purchase if you need to carry your DSM with you in the field!

This book was in excellent condition. It arrived quickly. It is the diagnostic manual for mental health disorders as set forth by the American Psychiatric Association and used by therapists to describe the symptoms of their patients. New--it cost plenty bucks!!! The price I paid was plenty not.
