I knew this book was used but it was written in almost all the pages. It was published 8 years ago. I purchased this book considering I was getting ready to take the state exam but this book did not help much considering it was old and out of date. The rules and laws have changed drastically since it was published and like I said before it was in pretty bad condition and took forever to come in the mail.
