Synopsis
In this young-adult novel about transformation, wildly popular trendsetting high school junior named Libby Brin--responsible for, among other things, Pajama Day--is bored to tears with everything. Her empty-headed, narcissistic best friend, Perla; her frat-boyish boyfriend, Kenji; and the rest of her too-cool-for-school gang seem stupider every day. But when she randomly signs up for an internship at the Los Angeles Zoo, Libby is shocked to discover she really enjoys it.
