Quantum of Solace (Xbox 360, 2008)

Love the campaign play, but the multiplayer seems kind of fake. I can shoot some one with a shotgun across the map or instantly snipe someone from across the map with a revolver.

Finally a decent 007 game, since Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64. It isn't nearly as addicting as Goldeneye; however, it is certainly the best 007 game since.

My only complaint is that the hardest difficult level, isn't all that difficult.

The online play is at best, alright. I only got to play it for a few hours, because my 360's DVD drive quit working...So I cannot really judge the online experience.

Good game, good graphics and good control layout.

This is a good first person shooter type game.
It gets the James Bond feel right from the beginning.
The story mode of the game is engaging and fun.
The multi-player mode is great with several types of game formats and maps to play on.
A definite buy if you enjoy either first person shooter games, or the James Bond story.

Great james bond game utilizing the call of duty 4 engine. Multiplayer really shines on this game as well.

A remarkable game with great story line and decent graphics! Controls are a bit tricky but can be mastered in no time. Awesome soundtrack music!

This games takes me back to the good ol days of 007 on the N64. It is the same, no. But I really enjoyed playing through this game. The action is NON STOP. Campaign is a little too short, but Multiplayer is good. Games start fast, and besides Halo, this might be better then both COD and GOW2.

I've always loved 007 right after golden eye and quantum of solace just took me back in time with an awsome first person shooter.

best gameplay i've seen since goldeneye for n64. the game is great too in the fact that it follows the storyline of the actual movie.

This is one great game. The action is fantastic. I love almost anything to do with James Bond. Having said that, this would be one of my favorites whether or not it had anything to do with 007.

Quantum of Solace is a good game but, like all the other Bond games it is very short. It is really a game for people new to first person shooters. A plus to this game is the controls. They are the same controls as Call Of Duty 4. Overall 7 out of 10.

I am a huge james bond fan and this is by far better then any EA james bond game, but with that said, it still is not as good as goldeneye for nintendo 64. But if you go back to goldeneye now it is virtually unplayable compared to modern games. The cover system in QoS is very similar to R6 Vegas and Gears of War, except it can be buggy at times. This can be frustrating while playing on 007 Agent mode because it is very tough and you die in 1-2 shots. Every review says the game is like 5-7 hours long, but they obviously played it on easy because it took me about 15-20 hours on 007 Agent mode.

Multiplayer is fairly simple, yet fun. The game runs on the Call of Duty 4 game engine, which makes it feel like COD4 in a way, but it tends to have a slower framerate then COD4 which may turn of some people. Leveling up by earning credits and buying guns, mods, and perks is cool. I like how you get to choose what you want to buy as opposed to unlocking certain things with leveling up. Cover is also used in multiplayer which can make for some interesting blind fire kills.

If you are a james bond fan this is definately worth a play. I am glad they stuck to all first person shooter and no lame car missions that last 2 minutes like every EA bond game. that killed the older bond games in my opinion.

This game is a good first person shooter. Campaign is decent, but short.
Online is pretty good offering awesome custimizations to your guns.
This game overall is fun and exciting, but it went under the radar, meaning not a lot of people gave it a chance. If you do you more than likely wont be dissapointed.

This is one of those games you spend your money on thinking you'll have a blast playing and end up feeling like you got ripped off after you beat the game. The cinematic are horrible, the game play is unbelievably linear, but the worst of it all was that it skips around through parts of the movie it's based on and leaves out multiple scenes that would have made it nicely in the game. Compared to a game like Resident Evil 5, the entirety of the game is no match (except for the fact that you can move while you shoot). I sold this piece of plastic back on eBay the minute I beat the game. I hope someone out there gets a kick out of it.

Quantum of Solace is hands down the best Bond titled shooter on the market to date. Quantum of Solace blends hand-to-hand combat with fast paced shooting action unlike any other game with the same title. I love this game because it gives you complete control of how to want to play the game...be it guns ablaze or stealthy and silent. One of the most impressive features of this title that is left abandoned by its predecessors is functional weapon sights. If you have played Call of Duty 4 then you already know the controls. If you have a target lined up in your MP5 sights and you fire...the target, pending impact site, will drop. Location damage is a BIG factor in Quantum of Solace, if you want to shoot a target and take it down with only one bullet(possible with all of the weapons in the game) aim for the forehead and fire! If you want to take an enemy by surprise, sneak up behind him, wrap your elbow around his neck and throw him over your shoulder. It is ENTIRELY up to you!

Silenced weapons WILL keep your presence a secret; just make sure that the bad guy you're shooting isn't being watched by other tangos.

I love this game because it has more realism than ANY other bond game on the market today. Although it does lacks the graphic realism of blood from shooting a tango, this game is still a definite must-have for any bond fan. A lengthy campaign that blends the action seamlessly from both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace graces this title.

If you are having ANY second thoughts about buying this title, don't worry...you won't regret it, because after you've played the lengthy campaign, and are just thirsting for more(trust me...you will be) you will walk into that party and when the greeter asks for your name and invitation you will say: "The name is Bond....James Bond".

This is a game i have wanted for a long time and the seller sold it to me for a great price.the seller was very kind to respond to me and let me know it was sent out.

I have played bond games and not all are great but i thought that quantum of solace was great. I loved how it went from first person to third person when you took cover.

GREAT GAME!!!!!

I liked the graphics and ability to manuever throughout the game.
I had more cons then pros.
The saving capabilities I disliked. I had to restart many levels over. I also found that completing the game for me was way to easy.
I would of expected more options.
I'm glad I didn't buy this new at retail store price because it would of been a rip off.

An excellent game. Most movie related games are on the lame side but this one was surprising fun to play. I really enjoyed the story mode and the online multiplayer has many choices of game types. The game overall has a nice feel to it. If you like first person shooters and can get this game for around $15 total like I did, I think you will agree this game is worth the investment.
