Quad Desert Fury (Game Boy Advance, 2003)

I hate to be the only critic of this game, but this review I am writing is for people who have played many racing games and are looking for a challenging racer.

First off, I beat the game in about 20 minutes. The two modes, single race and challenge, are all you're going to be getting, which include seven levels. In order to advance in challenge mode you must get first place in each race. This was done with great ease; it seemed like whenever I screwed up badly in the game, the AI would actually slow down to wait for you! I've played through the game at least three times and have NEVER gotten lower than 1st place!

The whole game seems very rushed..no credits, no options, only two modes, one song throughout the game, no choice of ATV, and the maps are very, very similar.

The good thing about this game is that it's a nice pick-up-and-play game, like if you're waiting for someone or want to fit a quick game in your busy schedule. I did find myself entertained by the game, despite the absolute lack of competition.

The bottom line is, if you want to get it, I would wait till you see it on sale for $5 at the most. I thought $10 was too much since I've played demo games that were more developed than this.

This game is very fun and exciting.

One of the best features of the game is that its ready to play for almost all ages!

Because, there are multiple racing tracks, and the higher you go the harder they get!

So anyone from age of 7 to age 20 can play this game and have fun!

My little boy is six years old and rides 4-wheelers. This game is really perfect for him. Not too hard and complicated. Not quite realistic but good for his age. An older child would not stay that interested in it for too long, in my opinion.
But overall, thought it was way better than any warrior games where there is violence.

I bought this for my 4 year old who loves to play games like his big brother. He can play this game and enjoys it. His father has actually played it as well and says it is quite fun for people who like race style games.

I have 5 children at home and recently purchased 5 Game Boy Advance Systems through E-Bay! I have been very pleased with each purchase. 2 of my 5 children are boys and of course what boy doesn't like 4 wheeler racing! I was very pleased with the Quad Fury Game Boy and it was an excellent choice for my 2 sons. I have even caught my 3 daughters playing the game!

The condition was excellent. Still in original packaging. My son is crazy about 4-wheelers, so he was very excited about this game. He loves it.

The game graphics are less than desirable. I was disappointed with the game, it only took me playing it for 5 minutes to know that it wasnt going to work for me.

The game itself, when I tried it out, is just a third person race game, where you ride a quad through the desert. There doesn't seem to be a way to wreck, and you just lose the race by going off course and finishing the race last. I wasn't happy with it at all, but my nephew is 5 and he loves this game above all the others he has... I guess due to the simplicity and his inability to wreck all the time. Good for younger players, bad for everyone else.

Fun and easy to play for any age! My son plays it on those long car rides, keeps him occupied, and feeling like a racer!

We all love this game or should I say games, my 5 year old and 47 year old both love it. The sound and graphics are both really good. Very easy to play and hard enough to keep interest of all.

i like the game alot. it is hard to play at first but as you get used to it, it is really fun. the twists and turns are really good. i like that it gives you more than one track to choose from.

Fun for all ages! Bought it for daughter but we all love it. Would suggest for all to try it. We also have one that is combined with Monster Trucks which is also fun.

I bought this for my son and tried it out and it has decent graphics but not great. Alot of fun but not for the serious gamer. People who love ATVs will like it but it seems like a begginer type game to us. Overall it is ok

it is a good game if you are looking for a racing style game I was looking for more of a freestyle kind of game so it didn't work for me but otherwise it was quite interesting if that is what you are looking for.
