It was a good read in the sense that it has an uplifting and positive message. I never felt like it was to introspective or hard to follow. The only problem is it is really meant for a small group setting as a large portion of the book is the connection to church, the group, and your community. I would highly recommend it for a small group and not so much for the individual.
