Pure 80's by Various Artists (CD, Aug-1999, PolyGram TV)

This CD is fabulous. If you were a teen in the 80's, this CD is a MUST HAVE.
If you weren't a teen or early adult in the 1980's, you may not want to bother. This one is for us Generation X-ers.

You will find songs like Durran Durran's "Hungry Like A Wolf", Robert Palmer's "Addicted To Love" and The Buggle's "Video Killed the Radio Star" - you don't hear that one much anymore!

These songs bring back fond memories. I can remember be-boppin' around the roller rink singing along with The Stray Cats to "Rock This Town" and "Come On Eileen" by Dex's Midnight Runners. Can't you? (Both of these songs are on the CD, btw.)

Awesome CD. A great variety of 80's music. A perfect gift for those of us who listen to nothing else!

This CD hits the highlights of the decade known as the 80s: J. Geils Band, Eurythmics, Rick Springfield, Culture Club, etc. All the most overplayed songs from that decade are here (with the exception of a few Journey songs and "Eye of the Tiger"). It's a great compilation, but you can get most, if not all of these songs, elsewhere on other compilation discs.
I had to buy a new copy because my stepson lost my original copy.

Arrived in great shape,played it just as soon as we received it.No skips or jumps.Great quality.Husband now upset that I didn't buy more. Guess I will have to look for Christmas goodies.We love the CD. Thanks,Penny Shook

It was exactly what I wanted. It's hard to find great 80's music!!!! The CD was in perfect condition and I listen to it alot!! I will buy again!
