I got this APA manual for a great price, it saved me so much money, good thing too cause I needed it for school!

This book has every possible citation, reference and writing guideline spelled out in readable fashion. However, it is somewhat difficult to manage the index or find things based on the reference index in the back of the book. It is somewhat laborious to find explicitly what you're looking for it it's not one of the main page set-up protocols.

I bought this manual as a recommended text for nursing school. Anyone who is writing an article, paper, or a review should have this book. It is a compilation of every type of publication and how to properly site it. With the rules for plagiarism becoming more and more strict throughout the nation's school systems it is imperative to give credit for each and every source of information used when researching a topic.

The book is easy to use and informative.

I never received the book! I have not been able to find the listing under my purchases, therefore, do not know what step to take next. I ordered it in Fall 2007, and it is now March of 2008. Caution!

What can you say.... other than it is what it is. This is a perfect example of why our educational system and our government is going down the drain. They couldn't possibly make writing a paper any more complicated or frustrating. Why doesn't anyone consider making a format that can fit on to one page instead of 750? How complicated does this really need to be.

Considering how much of nightmare the entire process is and how it is mandatory for every grad student and most everyone else now...I guess that if you have to play by these insane rules you might as well have the definitive rulebook...this certainly is that.

Sooo... I guess I have to say that this is the best guide that there is for writing papers. I can assure you, however, that as soon as I am finished with this class I am going to BURN this darn thing! It might make me feel a little better for the migraines that it has given me!

This book was required for school, and I have had to use is several times in writing APA papers. It has everything one would ever need to know if wanting to write an APA paper. It is somewhat complicated to understand, however.
