I liked Psycho alot. It draws from the actual case of Ed Geins( who I might also add was the inspiration for the characters Hannibal Lecture and Buffalo Bill). I have seen the movie numerous time and have enjoyed it each and every time. So when I saw that there was a copy of the actual book available for sale on Ebay I just had to buy it, and all I can say after reading it is;"Whoa,
this is one story I highly recommend to any fan of horror stories". Robert Bloch is,was, and will always be one of the greatest horror story writers of all time.

Why, would I want to read the book if I saw the movie?
If you have to ask your really not an avid book reader.
Both are great and both get in your sense in diffrent ways.
Try it, you'll like it.
