On the Prowl by Eileen Wilks, Karen Chance, Patricia Briggs, Sunny (2007, Paperback)

This book was really good. the seller sold me a good product. nothing I wouldnt expect from a book thats already been read. very well taken care of. I would deffinitly do business again.

I love anthologies as a rule. I like being able toread excitng quick stories in one sitting. If you follow the Mona Lisa series by sunny there is an excellent treat in this book for you. Werewolves, faeires, mages this book as them all.

I bought this book on eBay only to get Patricia Briggs' story, "Alpha and Omega", which introduces the storyline for her book, "Cry Wolf". I agree with the reviewers on other sites who think that "Alpha and Omega" is the only one of the four stories worth reading. "Alpha and Omega" is Briggs' usual fine writing, but it's only 72 pages long. The remaining 269 pages don't begin to measure up to it, and the story by "Sunny" is exceptionally horrible. I have no idea how such trash made it into this collection of stories. I am grateful not to have paid the list price for only 1/4 of a good book.

Meeting new characters in always fun...especially when they are NOT normal. These stories are all great and serve their purpose. They make you immediately want to read more by each author.
