Might Be Vince Flynn's Best Yet

I am a Vince Flynn fan. The action just never stops in his spy novels featuring the totally amazing Mitch Rapp. If Mitch Rapp and Jack Reacher (the hero of Lee Child's series) were real and teamed up with Jack Bauer, ah....we could all sleep better at night.
I think this might just be Vince Flynn's best book to date. He has a way of taking absolutely current events and writing about them. I remember reading one of his books about the CIA strategizing how to take out Saddam Hussein and his two evil sons just before it actually happened. Amazing.
In this novel, the Iranians finally get their nuke and the Israelis destroy Iran's nuclear credibility. It was an interesting, creative, and wholly believeable plot. The egomaniacal head of Iran is obviously patterned after the nutjob currently parading as Iran's president, and reading about the way their government is structured especially combined with the culture of Iran was pretty frightening.
Let us all hope and pray that we have good men and women out there doing what is necessary to keep us safe at home. I'd like to contain my thrills and chills to just reading about this kind of thing in a book and not living it. A very fast and exciting read.
