Protect and Defend by Vince Flynn (2007, Hardcover)

Excellent read. Vince Flynn at his best! I did not put the book down until it was done. Mitch Rapp is a smart, deadly foe. I will continue to read the Mitch Rapp saga as long as Flynn continues to write about him.

Typical Vince Flynn Mitch Rapp book. Great stuff and what a story! However, It seemed to me like he left out a bit of the more personal interaction between the characters... There could have been more at then end about getting his boss freed from the terrorists, their return home, etc. All-in-all, though the standard Vince Flynn; a real page-turner that I bought to read over the holidays while I was off work and ended up finishing it in a little over a day. If Mitch Rapp is one of your heroes you won't be disappointed.

Have bought and read all of Vince Flynn's novels, this latest one I bought on ebay because I searched everywhere in the uk to find it and couldn't. I was not disapointed when I started this book. I could not put it down, moving at a very fast pace with twists and turns all the way through. The main character Mitch Rapp is inspirational and deals with the enemy with ruthless efficiency. Can't wait for the next instalment in the Mitch Rapp series and the next book from Vince Flynn.

It was great to be able to buy a like-new hardcover version of a book I wanted badly for less than the new paperback price.

Vince Flynn once again bring Mitch Rapp to life. Mitch once again has a kick ass attitude that very few people have today.

I bought this book because the author is great. "Protect and Defend" is the seventh book of Vince Flynn's I have read and enjoyed them all.

The latest of the Vince Flynn series, outstanding, all of these books are a show of National pride. Can not wait till the next one.

As a Mitch Rapp/Vince Flynn fan since I first discovered them, I was very excited to finally have another book in this series to read. I enjoyed the entire story and felt that it had plenty of action. I always worry that the next book from a favorite author will seem bland or just like the others, but this seemed fresh and did not leave me disappointed!

I love Vince Flynn's writing style, From the moment I start the book I am so into his books that I cant put them down. The only thing I dont like about his books is that I ahve to wait a whole year for the next one to come out.

The book was ejoyable but a very quick read. It has beleiveable story line and charatcher. The book was very fast paces from beginning to end. High recommened.
