Dr. Laura's advice is invaluable in this day of feminism and women's rights. She gives you the hard-hitting facts and truths about having a happy home and a satisfied husband which, in turn, translates in to a happy wife. Who doesn't want a peaceful happy home. It may not be what you want to hear, but it works, and that's what counts. This is the stuff your mother never told you on your wedding day. If you pay attention and put her strategies into practice. Believe me you will see great improvements. Highly Recommended!

When I looked at this item to purchase it, the description said in big bold letters that it was the book and that the audio was listed lower on the screen. So I went ahead and ordered what I thought was the book. When it came it was not the book but the audio. At first I was dissapointed but then decided that for me it was actually going to be a good thing. I'll be able to listenm to it while cleaning my house and caring for my kids instead of taking time away from them.
I was extremely impressed with the fast delivery. I ordered it friday night, and it was delivered to my mailbox monday morning.
I would definately order from "recordcity" again! My only suggestion would be to make sure you item description is VERY clear.

I would have preferred that Dr Laura completed the narration but I understand why she didn't. I listened to it with my husband and we agreed with a lot of it.

) This is a great book to read (or listen to). Dr. Laura is sometimes come off as a rude but most of us need to hear what she has to say. I bought the book before any problems started in my marriage hoping to avoid them.

) This audio book offers many practical suggestions to problems common to any married couple. Dr. Laura's insight to people's lives is amazing. I have benefited greatly by listening to this book and getting a perspective on how I can improve my marriage. Highly recommended for newlyweds or those married many years!
