The shipping was fast, thank you. However, I did not receive a "like new" book as advertised. It was definitely in good shape despite the highlighting and writing inside the book. Still very useable - just not "like new".

Needed the book for a class so I had to buy it. Price for this edition was much lower than any other alternatives I could find for the book. Seems like a pretty decent text book as far as text books go too.

I was cheated on the order and even after returning the Book they never refunded my full amount. I tried to contact ebay to help but they never helped me. This is the worst experience i have ever had with buying product. May God bless whoever cheated me to get my money

It's a textbook...do I need to say more? Besides, I don't know if anyone actually reads textbooks anymore...do they?

The book was well written and it explains the information very well. Since I am not a Project Manager this book helps me to understand the work of a Project Manager.

The book was brand new and a great deal. I received it in 4 days as the seller had promised. However, the seller had not indicated that this book was the "International Edition". There are some differences between US verion, and international edition!

This book is a good deal if you don't mind the different cover. The pages are the same in the inside and it is a softcover. But it is a lot cheaper and it confuses the professor.

If I would have purchased this book from a store it would have cost me about 3x more. I like that I saved money by purchasing it on ebay.

I like the fact that I did not have to buy the hardcover book and saved a ton. The international version of this book contains the same material only in paperback. Why spend more than you need?

I needed the book for a class. This book was very helpful in discovering how a management team works and the project process. There is not anything I can think of that I dislike about this book or the service I got to recieve the book.
