I wasn't really quite sure what I was getting, but the first chapter alone is worth the price of the book. AK shares tons of small tricks and tips to help imporve your fly tying speed, quality and organization. The 30+ years that AK has been tying flies is accuratly written into every suggestion.
If you tie only a few flies a year, or thousands, you will want to have a read through this book. I have already seen a big improvement in the time it takes to tie a dozen flies, and with much less mess.
