If you like Procol Harum this DVD is a must!.
Recorded Live with the Danish National Orchestra this year Singer Pianist Gary Brooker is now the only original member still with the Group since the heady days of "Whiter Shade of Pale" in 1967.
Procol work extremely well with an Orchestra and the opening song "Grand Hotel" is still one of their best offerings,whilst "A Salty Dog",""Conquist
Set in a large park the Danish crowd obviously enjoy the Concert and the Group are called for two encore's at the DVD's end.
Gary Brooker is in fine voice throughout,and watching the DVD it made me realize just how underated Procol Harum are!.
If by some chance this is your first introduction to Procol and you like what you hear try one of the many "Best of's" CD's on the market,and then if you want more the CD Albums are all available with "Grand Hotel","Exotic Birds and Fruit",and the fairly recent "This well's on Fire" being my favourites.
