High hopes, big disappointment

Looked great on the box, but the graphics are poor, the game play is awkward and plain boring, and the various options, people and buildings are poorly explained and hard to use. I gave this a good three hour try, and then uninstalled and sold it.

I sorry but this is a little too far. Tycoon had some great games like Rollercoaster Tycoon then they start making rubish like this. Woo hoo, lets go watch prisoners.... lame! Why waste $10-$20 on this garbage whenyou could buy one of there better games like Rollercoaster Tycoon. Well I hope you take my advice and dont waste money on this game. DONT BUY IT!!!

I tried installing it on two different computers. They both had XP. Could not get the game to work on either computer. Customer service doesn't help at all. Basically I might as well as thrown my money away.
