Wonderful, comprehensive book on all aspects of winemaking. Very scientific review of the biochemistry and chemistry involved in harvest, fermentation and bottling of wine.

) ...same day as we received the book. From what I understand though, this book is THE BIBLE!!! No if, ands, or buts, this book is it. (Heard that from his teacher!). If you were to buy this book brand new, it is $200.00 so I was thrilled to find it in this store. Because this book is known to be THE BIBLE, we may just keep the book rather than take it to the class to see if anyone is short a BIBLE. The book has been hard to get going into bookstores. Hmmmm, think I'll go open a package.
