The Most Unlikely Princess in the World
I bought this after seeing the movie in the theatre.
Imagine taking the gawkiest and shyest teenage girl in the world (Mia, played by Anne Hathaway), complete with out-of-control hair and a thumpy walk that makes the glass rattle, and turning her into a refined, enchanting princess in three weeks! Oh, and she didn't even know she was royalty until her grandmother "stopped by" (limo'd by?) and asked her to save a country she has never seen and knows nothing about!
Julie Andrews (the grandmother) brings in a team to coiffe her granddaughter and starts the hilarious process of giving Mia "princess lessons." To make matters worse, shy Mia is now surrounded by thronging media and manipulative classmates (the popular ones who viewed her as scum before).
Truly a delightful and funny movie!
