Great for the Historian or the romantic at heart! I got to see some of these gorgeous gowns on display at the Fall International Quilt Festival held at the George R. Brown in Houston, Texas. I was blown away by the attention to authenticity and details on the gowns! The wonderful simple cottons that are worn by all of the ladies are such a feast for the eyes! Also easy on the eyes is the dashing Mr Darcy! This adaptation is quite long but it was thoroughly enjoyable as it gave more insight into the storyline than some of the other classic movies have been done before.
