The Price Is Right (Wii, 2008)

I love this game! It's very similar to the actual gameshow! I enjoy the fact that you can play alone, or with 2, 3, or 4 players! So, when I'm alone, I can still enjoy this game! Of course, like many other Wii games, you play a few games and score high in order to "unlock" other types of games. The only negative thing I have to say is that it takes awhile to change to the next scene and that some of the prices of items are a few years old, not the prices of items today! If you enjoy the show, then you'll enjoy the game!

THE ITEM WAS IN GREAT CONDITION AND HE SHIPPED IT TO ME SUPER FAST. THE TRANSACTION WAS SMOOTH THE ENTIRE WAY THRU. WILL BUY FROM AGAIN.

The game is just like the TV game show. It is fun, but sort of lame. Very simple to play. My kids love it.

Its not the real thing but then it couldn't be, could it? Its still alot of fun. The games you love to play, the voice of the announcer. It just needs Drew Carey or Bob Barker and you got it made.

I've watched the Price is Right for many years. Love the show. Always thought *I* should be up there, winning those prizes because of COURSE I knew more. Ha! I'm having fun finding out I don't know nearly as much about the prices as I thought I did. Fun clean family entertainment.

The game made you the winner even if you didn't guess, you won the game even if you didn't and you went to the last challenge even if you weren't supposed to. Plus this game is only $29 in stores. Don't waste your time. I gave it away. I'm a stay at home mom and this wasn't what I expected.

This is really a lot of fun. My 89 year old Dad who loves to play the WII
Bowling, came over and I sat him down and said: Now were going to "play"
something "new". I put in the Price is Right. He loved it. He said, I always wanted to know how good I'd really do at this game or that game. He
really did so good at this game! The bad thing is, he wouldn't let me win
at any of the games we played! The game is really fun but would even be funner if there were more than 4 people who want to play if they would have fixed it up that you put all the names of everyone present, and if the game were set up to select 4 of the names put into it. Just like the real show. You'd never know who was going to be called up!

It is fun! I enjoy playing it with my friends and partner and it is so interactive like many games out there. I recommend this, it is so much fun.

Love this game! It's so much fun!!! Brings me back to the good 'ole days of watching it on TV (since I'm working and can't watch it anymore).

FUN GAME IT'S LIKE YOUR IN THE GAME No more sitting in the crowd. Not much of Barker but still fun. No skill to play a game of chance

i bought it cause i love the show the price is right, the game is kinda slow, not really do anything witht he wii remote but point and click, but very like the show

This game stays mostly true to the Price is Right. I like how it plays clips from the show for prizes, and the music is pot on. The games are mostly true to the originals. The point however, to this version is to be the top winner in cash value money. It is entertaining, but has some drawbacks..

Dislikes:
Even though it says it is for 4 players, only one wii remote can be utilized at one time, that gets annoying passing around that one remote to spin the wheel, play pricing games, etc.

It only has default animated players to choose from. You can name them individually, but it would be more personal to play with your own Mii.

It can get sometimes slow waiting for pricing games to load. You can not skip ahead while it is playing the pricing clips from the show.

If you are a fan of the show, it will be entertaing for an hour or so. Just buy it for cheap here on ebay. If you are not a fan of the show. Skip it.

This game needs to be played by 4 people or it is pretty boring. It is really not all that fun. I like the game but the rest of the family does not.

I decided to buy the Price is Right for WII because I always enjoyed the show. I am so glad I bought this game. It is so realistic and challenging. I wasn't expecting it to be so much like the actual show. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent is because there does seem to be a long load time in between the different areas of play.

If you love the Price is Right show, then you'll love this game. I have only played it solo so far so I can't rate how the multiplayer game play is.

I like this game. It is of course for the older kids and adults. My 6 and 8 year old don't have a clue about prices! its fun

Tbis game is just like playing the Price is Right in person. I have played alone and with 2 others and it is a great party game.

This is a fun family game....But it is better if you have more than one player.....The one player mode is fun as well, but the two to four player mode if funner..

my son and my self love this game it also is a learning game. my son is only 6 years old and can play it as good as i can on this game. great game would be
number 1 in and will buy 2010 also.there are no dislikes about this game,

real good fun game and great setup just like being there stage set up and all the games where fun esp. on the wii and it was fun for the whole fam on party mode well worth it

My granddaughter (age 9)and I play this together and really enjoy it. I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the real TV show. If you're not a fan, I think it could become boring after awhile. I love the format - so much like the show. They do a nice job of covering most of the games on the show as well as the great prizes.

I thought it would be much more fun. When we play in party mode (more than one player) it only lets you play one game and then goes to the showcase showdown. If you play alone you can bid more and play a bit more before going straight to the showdown.
