
Great diet book which helped cure my sugar addition.

This was a good book to add to my collection of diet books......a great diet plan to help curb my appetite for sugar, and it actually helped me to lose weight, and also helped me to feel healthier! In the book, you will find, not only, the basis of the diet, but a 4-week memu plan, plus recipes. I would recommend this book for anyone who has a blood-sugar imbalance or would like to stop food cravings. (You are allowed 6 meals a day!)
