This was a good book to add to my collection of diet books......a great diet plan to help curb my appetite for sugar, and it actually helped me to lose weight, and also helped me to feel healthier! In the book, you will find, not only, the basis of the diet, but a 4-week memu plan, plus recipes. I would recommend this book for anyone who has a blood-sugar imbalance or would like to stop food cravings. (You are allowed 6 meals a day!)

This book covered a lot of info I needed to know , like why I could'nt lose weight and why I always felt tired . Since I started following advice on food choices I have so far lost ten pounds and feel a lot better than I have in a while . I think of this book as a life saver .

Having been diagnosed as "pre-diabetic", this book appealed to me but was costly to order. I went on Half.com and got the book at a price I could better afford. I hope it will help me eat properly and activities that will prevent full-blown diabetes.

Interesting book that expained how your body fuctions when it has diabetes. It also expains how to incorporates different foods into your diet so you don't have spikes in your blood sugar. It was a very informative book and expained many things I did't know.

It was no different from any other diet book same retrictions as other diets one would be hungry a lot and there fore abandon the diet because It is boring

The book is very easy to read and follow. It makes perfect sense explaining how you should make this a lifestyle for eating. I have lost 15 pounds in two months and I am never hungry! Would recomend this book for everyone!

This book really helped me determine what to eat, when to eat etc. I was confused and searching. This book helped tremendously. I am still looking for more information but this book is best at this time.

Great advice for Diabetics (or even pre-diabetics)! What I really liked was weeks worth of (not only recipes) but MENUS, weeks of menus - so, no guesswork and trying to decide what to eat. Very helpful to start with these and I think if you get into the habit by following them for a few weeks you could be succesful creating your own without too much trouble.

The book is one I've been looking for. I work at a small library and we didn't have this particular publication. I saw a version of it with Prevention but wasn't sure I wanted to buy it.
